06.27.23 GRI 404: Working More Effectively with Sellers (Greg Glosson) (6 Hours CE)

Description

This one-day course will cover the full range of activities involved in serving sellers more productively and effectively: your listing/marketing presentation; researching, pricing and marketing the sellers’ property more successfully; communicating with them through the listing period; negotiating on their behalf; and getting them through the home inspection, repairs, and closing. 

Cancellation and No Show Policy. There are no refunds (for paid events) for cancellations once the 48 hour countdown to the event begins. Prior to the 48 hour window, cancellations are subject to the terms of that course and or event. For complementary events (education, luncheons, etc.) cancellation within the 48 hour window prior to the event start time, and no show registrants, will be subject to a fee for said event, pursuant to event costs, based on per person rate. This varies per event. CE Credit Disclosure: Credit for this class is discretionary and can be based on consideration from and reported disruptions. Attendees may not answer their phones, leave class for more than a small break to use the facilities, carry on side conversations, or cause other disruptions, without potentially losing CE Credit, pursuant to TREC attendance rules.
