4.20.23 GRI 405: Mastering Forms and Contracts (Greg Glosson) (6 Hours CE)

Description

This one-day course will cover the ins and outs of all of Tennessee REALTORS® standard forms (in their current version) …the forms that are most often needed and used in residential transactions, as well as the most frequent forms – related pitfalls that REALTORS® encounter using them. The goal here is mastery of – and comfort with – the paperwork, as well as sufficient knowledge to explain various forms to customers and clients.

Cancellation and No Show Policy. 
There are no refunds (for paid events) for cancellations once the 48 hour countdown to the event begins. Prior to the 48 hour window, cancellations are subject to the terms of that course and or event. For complementary events (education, luncheons, etc.) cancellation within the 48 hour window prior to the event start time, and no-show registrants will be subject to a fee for said event, pursuant to event costs, based on per person rate. This varies per event.
